Clem’s By the Sea on Tortola (284-495-4350). In the North Shore across from Carrot Bay. Your best bet is the rice and peas on a Monday night when you can enjoy a local steel band and a wide selection of island concoctions.
Quito’s Gazebo on Tortola (284-495-4837). Head down on a Wednesday night for Quito’s incredible fish fry and live local music. Quito is a bar-side fixture, cranking out original tunes and a number of mixed beverages and West Indian plates.
Sebastian’s On the Beach on Tortola (284-495-4212). Located in Capoons Bay, this beachfront hangout is popular among lobster-chomping tourists and locals seeking Sebastian’s West Indian specialties. The smart money is on Thursday night when some of the freshest lobster is offered. Go early, the house packs fast.

Thursdays, and one heck of a breakfast served daily.
