BVI Profile: Bryan Hodge

Dig the Pig:

Bryan Hodge, of Tortola, operates one of the best BVI hog farms and supplies the territory’s top restaurants with grade-A pork. Winner of the “BVI Best Pig Farmer” honor by the Government’s Agriculture Department, Hodge (along with his son, brother, and nephew) is considered a hometown hero for his livestock farming techniques. This family operation uses Duroc, Yorkshire, and Lanrae breed of pigs to ensure the finest quality of meat. Best of all, Hodge’s pigs are given only naturally grown feed. Many pig roasts held by Bitter End Yacht Club, Norman Island, and Necker Island rely only on Hodge’s quality product.
