Good ol’ Sydney Hendrick knows all the honey holes in the British Virgin Islands and is sure to return each day with a boat full of goodies – all served on an open-air terrace along the water’s edge. While the local fish and lobster dinners (you can choose your favorite Spiny from a tub) are all the rage, don’t pass up a chance to sample some of the best BBQ ribs in BVI. Trust me, Sydney digs the ‘cue and you will too. Afterwards, make yourself a cocktail (it’s on the honor system) and hit the old school jukebox for some BVI tunes. This joint is a favorite among the sailor crowd, expats, and vagabonds.
