Resort amenities will include a full-service luxury spa and fitness center, as well as upscale retail shops; fabulous lagoon-style multi-level pool with waterfalls and swim-up bar; four white sandy beaches; dive shop and boat rentals; fishing charters; non-motorized water sports; and island-wide Internet access. Resort's signature restaurant, while more casual fare is served at Aliseo, an open-air establishment adjacent to the main pool. Delicious cocktails and wines by the glass will be served at the main bar, Tierra! Tierra!.

Encompassing 230 acres, Scrub Island is fringed by four pristine beaches that shelve gently into the azure sea. Protected coves, panoramic views, and breathtaking nature trails invite exploration by guests. Privacy is paramount here: the developers expect no more than 200 people to be on the island at any time.
