Sailor’s Ketch: Th is is the spot if you’re looking for fresh fi sh (tuna, dolphin, and swordfi sh) caught by local folks. Plus, Sailor’s Ketch will even deliver to your boat. Check them out at www.sailorsketch.com.
Nature’s Basket: Located in Great Harbour on Jost Van Dyke, Nature’s Basket off ers the freshest locally grown fruits and veggies. Nature’s Basket can be reached at 284-495-9312.
Christine’s Bakery: Situated on Jost Van Dyke, Christine’s Bakery provides one heck of a breakfast
and other local goodies to stock your villa or boat. Christine’s can be reached at 284-495-9281.
Kelly's: Th is local hangout has been dishing up what many BVIslanders will argue is the best local food for decades.
Aragorn's Island Produce: Aragom, a local farming phenom, provides a steady supply of island spices, seasonings and herbal bush teas. Particularly noteworthy are Aragom’s cinnamon sticks, nutmeg and mace, island coff ee, Salt Island salt, cassava cereal, arrowroot, and island chocolate.
Rose in Carrot Bay: Locals know her, so don’t be afraid to ask around. Rose sells the freshest locally grown produce everyday starting at 3pm. When you fi nd her, ask Rose about her vegetarian restaurant (her family grows all of the organic produce).
